GENERAL :

» Are we allowed to bring food, softdrinks and alcoholic beverages?

Food and water are allowed inside without corkage. However, we prohibit bringing of softdrinks and any form of alcoholic beverages. For your selective palates, we have a wide selection of food and drinks which are readily available in the premises

» What is the proper swimming attire?

Male: Garterized / Cycling shorts, Trunks, White shirt Female: Bathing suits, Cycling shorts, White shirt.

» Do you allow pets inside your resort?

For safety and hygienic purposes, we do not allow bringing of pets inside the premises.

» Can we enjoy waves even on weekdays?

During weekdays we require a minimum of 50 guests to experience and enjoy the waves. On the other hand, weekends holidays  and summer season are exempted from the minimum requirement of 50 headcount.

» How often do you change the water?

We change the water when it is necessary. Our water undergoes a very strict process of filtration, cleaning and treatment every night.

» Are all of the life sized characters posted on your website can really be seen inside the resort?

Yes. We have over 100 life-sized characters scattered around the premises

» How many available pool you have?

We have 11 pools available for general public. The wave pool, kiddie pool, batanes pool, infinity pool, avatar pool, twin pool and batman pool, adult pool, castle pool and the Jurassic pool.

» Can we use all the pool available inside the resort? Does the entrance fee includes the cottage or do we need to pay for it separately?

Entrance fee only covers the usage of the swimming pools. As to the cottage, you have to pay for it separately.

Room/Overnight Accommodation

» Do you have air-conditioned rooms for overnight accommodation? And how much is the rate?

» Is there a charge for additional companion?

We charge P 600.00 for extra companion.

» What is the check-in and check-out time?

The standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and 12:00 NN the following day is the check-out time.

» If we decided to extend our stay in the room, do we need to pay for an additional charge and how much?

We charge P200.00/hour should you decide to extend, however it will still depend on the availability of the room.

» Is my 2 year old kid free of entrance fee for overnight accommodation?

Children 2year old below are free of charge.

» Do have online reservation?

We only accept reservations via phonecalls.

Rates & Cottages:

» How much is the entrance fee for day swimming?

P250.00 for adult and P200.00 for child 4ft below and senior citizen with valid id.

» How much is the entrance fee for night swimming?

210.00 for adult and P150.00 for child 4ft below and senior citizen with valid id

» If we paid for day swimming rates and extend until night swimming, how much do we need to pay for the extension?

You just need to pay 50% of night swimming rate.

» Can we cook our food in the resort?

Cooking is allowed inside the resort. However to ensure safety of other guests, we only allow portable stove,(super kalan ),butane stove,stove with 11klg gas tank with charge of php 300.00 .

» Do you have grill stand available?

Yes. P 100.00 rent for whole day (charcoal not included)

» Do you have cottages that can accommodate a group of 30persons or more?

Yes. It is P2, 500.00/cottage and it has a maximum capacity of 35persons.

» Can a group of 50persons or more get a discount?

For every 30 person you'll have less 5% for the Dayswimming entrance

» Does your cottage have its own locker?

No.

» How much is the cheapest cottage you have? How many people can it accommodate?

The cheapest cottage we have costs P600.00/unit. It can accommodate a maximum capacity of 8persons.

» Do I need to make any reservation if we choose to stay in the cottage?

We accept reservation of cottages during peak season only.

» Do you have off peak season promo or a Christmas promo?
